Ingredients:
2 large fresh croissants
quarter pound deli sliced honey glazed ham (boars head preferred)
quarter pound deli sliced oven gold turkey (boars head preferred)
brie cheese

Optional:
sliced apples

Notes: You are not required to make two of these. I typically make enough food in all of my recipes for at least two people because cooking doesn't make me happy unless someone else is receiving it... which sometimes includes my dog. Also, a quarter pound is more than enough meat, and you will probably have enough to make four sandwiches. However, I've never tortured the poor ladies at the deli counter by requesting 1/8th of a pound. I also greatly recommend making sure the brie is on top of meat so it can melt down over it... trust me, it makes a difference.

Directions:

• preheat oven to 350
• carefully cut open croissant in half and arrange the two bottom halves on parchment
  paper, on top of cookie sheet
• fold a single ham slice in half and place on bottom half of each croissant (one slice each)
• repeat previous step with turkey, placing on top of ham
• slice six thin pieces of brie and arrange three onto each sandwich, on top of the turkey
• put the top halves back on top of their bottom counterparts, and pop those bad boys
  into the oven
• bake for 7 minutes. remove & allow to cool for about a minute
• enjoy.
